Hosted by Régis Lemaitre – whose Gallic charm and Scottish heart set the perfect tone – guests will explore the remarkable depth and nuance of Islay’s famed smoky malts.

This very special tasting begins with a coveted pour from the legendary silent still of Port Ellen, an experience most whisky lovers dream of, but rarely enjoy.

The journey continues with one expression from each of Islay’s renowned Grand Cru distilleries — bottles carefully selected and opened exclusively for this evening. Make sure to visit our Oyster Bar hosted by ‘Shucker Paddy’, where freshly shucked oysters and lively banter are a perfect match for Islay’s distinctive whiskies.
