Established in 2004, Spirit of Toronto is Canada’s premier showcase for whisky lovers by whisky lovers.

For one evening each year, we bring together distillers, blenders, and ambassadors to curate more than 100 whiskies and premium spirits, alongside a program of tutored tastings, live jazz, chef stations, cocktails, and food pairings.

For guests, it’s an opportunity to taste and learn about the ‘water of life’.

For ourselves, it’s an opportunity to share our latest finds and hidden gems with likeminded connoisseurs, and an occasion to open bottles that are rarely available for public tasting.
