Bowmore Vault Edition ‘Atlantic Sea Salt’, 51.5% – first release bottled in 2016 from ex-bourbon casks
Islay 2010 Single Malt Scotch Whisky, 51.5% – single cask of Laphroaig bottled in 2023 by M. Wigman
Octomore 14.2 ‘Super Heavily Peated’, 57.7% – distilled from Scottish ‘Concerto’ barley and aged in ex-Oloroso and ex-Amarone casks
Port Charlotte 15 Year Old, 60.2% – private cask from refill sherry hogshead bottled in 2018 for Spirit of Islay
Port Ellen 1981, 43% – silent still closed in 1983; bottled in 1998 from casks 1885 & 1888 by Signatory Vintage

Millstone 2016 Peated Amarone Cask, 46% – peated Dutch single malt whisky meets Italian casks
Port Askaig Sherry Cask, 50.5% – independent bottling frequently associated with Caol Ila
Ledaig 14 Year Old ‘French Red Wine Cask’, 56.3% – single cask hand-filled at the distillery in 2022
Talisker ‘Triple Matured Edition’, 48% – limited edition bottled in 2013 for ‘Friends of the Classic Malts’
Secret Islay 14 Year Old, 51.7% – single cask bottling of Laphroaig finished in an ex-Monbazillac cask, bottled in 2021 by M. Wigman
Port Charlotte 16 Year Old Rock’Ndaal 02.2, 50% – bottled for Feis Ile 2023
For many whisky lovers, Scotch whisky and sherry casks are natural soul mates, with a history of producing some of its most revered whiskies. This flight celebrates that enduring union, with a 32 Year Old single cask of Glenmorangie to make the occasion all the more special.

Ardnamurchan Madeira Cask, 58.2% – 2022 Release bottled by the distillery
Glenmorangie Astar, 52.5% – 2017 limited release from the distillery’s ‘artisan’ casks
Benromach 10 Year Old ‘100 Proof’, 50% – distillery bottling discontinued in 2018
Old Pulteney 15 Year Old ‘Ex-Bourbon Cask’, 61.4% – hand-filled at the distillery in 2023
Bunnahabhain 12 Year Old, 60.1% – 2023 cask strength edition bottled by the distillery
Talisker 1989, 59.3% – limited edition bottled in 1999 for ‘Friends of the Classic Malts’
From orchard fruits and juicy berries to creamy, honeyed sweetness, this flight celebrates whisky’s fruitier side from Speyside and beyond, with a Glen Deveron 30 Year Old as the cherry on top!

Nc’nean 5 Year Old ‘Westie Sponge’, 55% – bottled in 2023 by Decadent Drinks
Dailuaine 1997 ‘Connoisseurs Choice’, 43% – bottled in 2011 by Gordon & MacPhail
Yellow Spot 12 Year Old, 46% – Irish single pot still whiskey from the Midleton Distillery
Daftmill 2008 Single Cask for Berry Bros & Rudd, 57.6% – ex-bourbon single cask bottled in 2021
Benrinnes 17 Year Old, 52.3% – distilled in 2007 and bottled by M. Wigman
Glen Deveron 30 Year Old, 40% – official bottling released in 2013 as part of the Royal Burgh Collection
Think you know the Lowlands? Think (and taste) again! With two smoky, peaty selections, and a Caledonian 33 Year Old from a closed distillery, this flight proves that the Lowlands have plenty of surprises to pour.
